MEGAN ROSBURG assists head coach John Harbaugh in all areas, including football operations, scheduling, communications and staff management. Additionally, she assists on defense, working with the defensive line and outside linebackers. After earning her bachelor's degree in business administration from American University in 2014, Rosburg entered the sports industry at Under Armour and Xenith, where she spent seven years working in digital marketing and product development. While at American, she served as captain of the volleyball team, helping lead the Eagles to three Patriot League Championships and the program's first-ever Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA Division I Tournament (2014). A local phenom, Rosburg prepped at River Hill (Clarksville, MD) HS, where she was named 2010-11's Gatorade Maryland Volleyball Player of the Year, recognizing her outstanding athletic excellence, high standards of academic achievement and exemplary character demonstrated on and off the court. Her brother, Jerad, is a professional hockey player for the Dallas Stars, while her sister, Margaret, is a nurse and former volleyball player at St. Louis University. Megan's father is former Ravens special teams coordinator/associate head coach Jerry Rosburg.
