Gameday at M&T Bank Stadium

NFL Bag Policy

In order to provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into NFL stadiums, M&T Bank Stadium follows the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Only the following types of bags are allowed:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". The bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. (Officially licensed NFL team logo clear plastic tote bag measuring 12" x 6" x 12" is available through club merchandise outlets).
  • One Gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. This can be carried separately or within a clear plastic bag.

Guest Services Centers

Guest Services Centers are located throughout the stadium. Guest Services representatives assists fans during games with stadium information, lost children, driving directions, car trouble, wheelchairs and hearing impaired devices. Guest Services Centers are located on the lower level concourse (Sections 100 & 127), upper level concourse (Sections 525 & 553) and at the Club Level concierge desks (Sections 202/203, 223/224, 229/230 and 250/251).

First-time visitors are encouraged to visit one of the Guest Services centers to receive a First Game Certificate to commemorate the experience and a button to wear during the game! Buttons are also available for military appreciation, birthdays, and other celebrations.

The lower level guest services (sections 100 & 127) have been renovated to include a multi-use space for nursing mothers or guests with special needs who need to get out of the elements. This space was made possible by BOSE.

Multipurpose Rooms & Nursing Mothers

Our multi-purpose guest service locations in the lower level near sections 100 and 127 provide a space that can be used for both nursing mothers and/or guests with special needs who might need to escape the elements during the game. These spaces are stocked with sensory items such as headphones, toys, etc. allowing a comfortable, quiet, private area for those that need it.
